The Nurse Preceptor course is designed to equip nurses with the skills, strategies, and confidence to mentor and guide new nurses in clinical settings. Through interactive modules, participants will explore adult learning theory, communication techniques, conflict resolution, and self-care practices essential for effective preceptorship. Participants Build Their Own Preceptor Tool Kit to apply to practice immediately after completing the program.
