Agile Foundations for Team Empowerment: Principles and Practice is a course which introduces the core elements of Agile with a focus on building empowered, self-organizing teams. Learners will explore Scrum roles, sprints, and key ceremonies while practicing techniques to make work visible, limit work in progress, and foster continuous feedback. Through iterative goal setting and progress tracking, participants learn how Agile rituals and roles can drive clarity, accountability, and team cohesion. The course emphasizes creating a culture of continuous improvement that supports adaptive, high-performing teams.
Students who are active duty personnel, veterans, spouses and dependents will receive a 15% tuition reduction on each course upon verification of military and discharge status, if applicable.
