This program develops essential skills for business process improvement with strategies and techniques valuable in various industries. Students design their own certificate specific to their interests from the following disciplines: six sigma, project management, business process management, business analysis and agile. This program to be sunset May 31, 2025. The sunset of a course or program does not have any impact on the validity of the earned credential. Students who are not able to complete a program prior to the sunset date will be able to do so with approved replacement courses in accordance with other academic policies.
