Coaching and Facilitation for Team Leads: Practice is the second part of a course which helps team leads develop the mindsets and skills to coach rather than manage, fostering greater autonomy and engagement. Learners will gain practical facilitation techniques for leading inclusive conversations and feedback sessions. Through active listening, reflective questioning, and conflict resolution strategies, participants will be equipped to support team growth and resilience. The course also emphasizes how to guide teams in self-assessing and self-correcting for continuous improvement. In this course, students will apply concepts learned in LDNC 2100.
Students who are active duty personnel, veterans, spouses and dependents will receive a 15% tuition reduction on each course upon verification of military and discharge status, if applicable.
