Learning Design and Technology Workshop applies the theoretical foundations and technological knowledge gained in previous courses to the practical development of online learning experiences. Through hands-on activities and a course-long project, students will create engaging and effective online learning experiences in their respective professional areas of interest. Participants will move from conceptual understanding to practical implementation. The workshop emphasizes iterative design processes, peer feedback, and evidence-based refinement techniques. It provides a supportive environment for students to demonstrate their ability to create cohesive, technology-enhanced learning experiences grounded in sound pedagogical principles and responsive to the needs of today's diverse online learners. By the end of this course, students will have a robust portfolio of work demonstrating their ability to design, develop, and evaluate innovative online learning experiences.
