This comprehensive program is designed for project managers. It is also for those who wish to become project managers, as well as IT professionals, Six Sigma and other quality control managers, business leaders and team leaders, and those who wish to obtain critical knowledge and skills to earn a PMP® or CAPM® certification. This program teaches participants to lead improvement initiatives that can result in measurable growth in important metrics like return on investment and sales and increasing levels of customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and motivation. This program will be sunset on May 31, 2025. The sunset of a course or program does not have any impact on the validity of the earned credential. Students who are not able to complete a program prior to the sunset date will be able to do so with approved replacement courses in accordance with other academic policies.
